NORMAL or SENSITIVE

Hi….

I’ve bought a Fitbit Charge 6 specifically to track my sleep as I’m not a good sleeper and want some better insight into my problem so I can address it.

i know the difference between these settings but for someone who’s really keen on getting the most accurate results what setting should I use?

thanks in advance for any advice.

@dingosdangles   That setting is only helpful for users with older model trackers that give sleep patterns and can't give sleep stages.  Help page

Hi LzeeW

i wouldn’t of even contemplated putting it onto sensitive but I was speaking with a Fitbit customer service advisor earlier via their chat function about a seperate issue and he advised me to use the higher sensitivity function which I found odd - hence my question to see what other users thought.

BTW he was completely aware I had a new Charge 6 device 🤷🏼‍:male_sign:
