Sleep Details Stopped Working on 9 month old Charge 5

I'm super annoyed that Chat Support suggested setting Sleep Sensitivity to Sensitive, even though I got sleep details on my Charge 5 for 8 months with the setting on Normal. (It would glitch occasionally but would correct if I restarted it.) Clearly that's not the problem, but they won't suggest anything else until I try that for 3 days. I've tried everything suggested online and from Chat Support and it hasn't worked. Everyone on this forum says the Sensitive setting records all movement as awake, and I'm a restless sleeper. Sleep Details stopped working on January 13...was there an iOS or Fitbit update on that date?

Fitbit Sleep tracker is great when it works -- until it doesn't. This is primarily why I got a Fitbit, but I am really regretting that decision. Buyer beware!

Same. 
and now I’m not getting accurate data into the app at all. I seem to get a quarter of what the watch is saying I did for the day. 
no updates. 
move logged out and in. 
move even ditched and reloaded the app. 

bloody useless!

And very frustrating and disappointing
