I liked the previous design better. I was clear at one glance.

(Norway, Fitbit Charge 5, iOS)

I would like to return to the previous sleep graphs.

Absolutely agree with comments posted by Mark2424 and Sulfate.

The new readouts are in much finer font, very difficult to read on a phone screen. Would rather have the bolder colorful typeface. Where is bar graph?

Best Answer

Too busy looking with 4 lines of data instead of 1; need to keep it simple. Benchmark info does not provide how much is over or under.  Also, should give option to stay with old format.

Horrible. Uninstalled the app immediately after seeing this. It's the last straw. I'm done.

I hate this update.  Hard to read, isn't Interactive and can't see clock time at individual sleep stages any more where you finger-hover.  It also seems to have removed the ability to edit your sleep log, so when Fitbit messes up your sleep start and end time, you can't correct it.  This is not more useful at all - it's much worse.

Best Answer

I agree with you - it's of very little value.

Not a fan of the new interface. It's busier, less clear, writing are right on the graph itself making it more messy and less clear. The previous interface with color was more clear at a glance. The new interface does not allow to see the whole week or compare weeks as easily -  you have to switch back and forth a lot to get the same info that was available at a glance before. It's inefficient and unnecessary.

Should have asked us what we thought before you rolled out the new format,

I no longer have the graph that show sleeping heart rate.  Was that taken out?  It's most of the reason I have premium.

I absolutely hate the change to the new sleep tracking appearance for several reasons and want the old version back now. Is there any way to revert to the previous version?  I am quite annoyed by this unfortunate development and am considering switching too another brand of tracker (perhaps Apple Watch?).

P.S. I am paying for "Premium" and have been for several years.

As I texted my best friend yesterday when my Fitbit updated in the night:

New update = 💩

Best Answer

It is in fact of negative value.

I hope you are a real person and not a robot....would hope these negative reviews will have some weight on bringing back the old version.

Best Answer

Thank you the new changes are fundamentally worse.

Trust me I am real and so unhappy that a trusted app has gone from wonderful to useless. I sleep poorly as I age and this has helped me in the past to learn what changes in lifestyle better my sleep. The new app will make me search for a new tracker if not changed back.

It is, indeed, worrisome that with all these complaints, no live customer service rep seems to be monitoring these boards.

Best Answer

In the sleep timeline tap on sleeping heart rate & it takes you to graph.
