Like many (if not all) of the reactions to this new sleep graphics display and functionality, I hate it!

Please let us know if we can return to the previous UI. If not, I will dump Fitbit and find a different device to track my sleep!

Unless I'm missing something there is no 'sleeping heart rate' anymore
(since the latest update). I've tapped all over and don't see it.

I do not like the new display.

I would like the old version please

I think that the resting heart rate on the heart section is analyzed during
the night and is the same as the sleeping heart rate as far as fitbit does
things.

Am NOT a fan of the new update! prefer the previous version for sure.

Resting HR underneath the horrible sleep chart.

I don't see how I can comment in this community.

I hate the new sleep version!  I have very broken up sleep, waking up 2-3 times a night.  I used to be able to see the 'quality' of each 'segment' with breakdown (if over 3 hours) and now I ONLY can see the first!  The other sleep is just a total number of hours.  No breakdown, nothing!  Horrible!  Whoever 'improved' this didn't take into account people who do not sleep straight through the night - and there are a LOT of us!  I'll be looking at an alternative to Fitbit very soon.

It’s absolutely appalling. Whoever designed that upgrade should be fired - bad, bad, bad design. Nothing redeeming about it

Please give us the old one back - this one is pretty difficult to see on an ordinary mobile phone screen as it will not tilt to horizontal. Please don't fiddle with somthing which works

I think the new design is severely lacking specific information that was readily available in the previous version. I can't tell HOW much for sleep I've had. I can't compare previous nights at a glance. The new display has also separated my sleep periods and not included them in the total because I GOT UP TO PEE.... Hello, older adults get up to pee several times a night!!

What the heck is going on in the software department. You need to fire who ever made the decision to implement this change. I will NEVER but another Fitbit if this format is permanent. Period

I have disliked all of the removal of color from the app.  I am neurodivergent and everything was much easier to use before, as well as unique and pleasing to the eye.

I was happy that at least the sleep stages remained colorful and user friendly.  This latest update ruined that, finally.  Now, I’m noticing the last two nights my sleep hasn’t even been tracked, despite sleeping over 7 hours each night. I’m hoping that the sleep stages haven’t been pulled if you don’t subscribe to premium.

I sincerely hope that Fitbit listens to the community and makes changes to the graphical representation of data.

Luckily, I have not yet received the idiotic "sleep experience" update that showed up on my wife's app this morning. I have not  transferred my Fitbit account to Google, and I've disabled the Fitbit app autoupdate. But, if the app still somehow figures out how to deliver the new sleep tracking interface, I'll close my account and replace the watch with another brand. BTW, Rebecca, are you a real  person? Providing zero human communication and terrible  customer support with bots have been standard procedure for years at Google, which is now in charge of Fitbit's products.

Welcome to the Google customer experience! This is how they operate. I'd bet that "Rebecca" is actually an AI bot.

I dont like it I use to be able to check what times I woke up in the night but now I cant. It seems to have less features.

I hate the new graph. I’m doing the only thing Google will truly pay attention to:

1. Took off my tracker and put in drawer

2. Canceled Fitbit Premium

3. Ordered an Apple watch

Was going to upgrade to new Fitbit.  Thank goodness horrible graph showed up first; made the decision much easier to purchase Apple Watch.

Having done some research, I am deciding between Ss Glxy Wtch 6 (which is ugly, but oh well) or Ora Rng (which looks amazing but $72/year for the app AFTER $300 for the rng itself). Shame. I've used & loved Fitbit products for more than 10 years.

I HATE IT!!!

it’s ugly, it’s not user friendly, BRING BACK THE OLD ONE!

I have confirmed with someone from Fitbit Live Chat customer support, the Sleeping Heart Rate feature has been removed! Why remove a feature when you should be ADDING feature to improve? This doesnt make sense and I dont understand the stupidity of the people behind this idea and the managers who approved it!! Who would think “wow great idea lets go ahead and launch it everyone will love it”. My God.

Also what is the point of paying for Premium if you’re just gonna remove the Premium features?? The people who worked behind this clearly has no logic.

Yes the sleeping heart rate has been removed!! How stupid. I have chatted with their live support and they confirmed this.

Sleeping heart rate is gone? I can see my sleeping heart rate and oxygen variation in the app. If they end up removing sleeping heart rate it will simply be nonsensical, as the version in my photo works as it is.Screenshot_20240418_215427_com.fitbit.FitbitMobile.jpg
