Don't really like the changes in the sleep mode. I am also not getting my sleep scores. Thank you

I agree with the many others who have complained about the new sleep tracker. I don’t like it. And the excuse that once the update was made it can’t be undone is nonsense. You don’t need to revert to the original version. Just update the updated version so it looks like it did before. Whoever thought this update would be pleasing to customers apparently didn’t ask many customers first. Go back to the way it was.

As there hasn't been any response from Google to all these responses, maybe voting on this poll might help to get the message over!

I think that the new format is terrible. I was deeply disappointed when I switched from the Charge 4 to Charge 5 only to find out it no longer would track stairs, and now this. I am not paying for Premium as I am really only interested in my steps/workouts and my sleep. I have been a fan of Fitbit over the last several years but this latest change to the sleep tracking I think will force me to take my business else where. What can't you allow users to choose the way they see their data the same way they change their watch face? Not happy...

Since updating the app, I no longer have snore and noise report anywhere on my sleep profile, nor is it in my sleep settings. I have been onto web chat and they suggested commenting here to try and get it fixed as their suggestions didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

The new sleep tracker is horrible. Please go back to what we had.

Agreed! I hate it

Could not agree more!!! Fitbit you're a bunch of **ahem**s!!! Why'd you change it when it was prefect???? Honestly! The new format is pointless! It's hard to read. You can't zoom in on deep sleep, REM or awake times!

There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the old version!!! Nothing. It was perfection.

If it ain't broke don't fix it ya **ahem**s!!!!

Bring the old version back!!!!

Don't like it one bit. There was nothing wrong with the old version. This is ugly and not as user friendly as tge previous sleep app. I'm so disappointed to think someone programmer really thought this was an improvement.

UX is fine, UI is NOT, and I don’t know how it got pushed to production. The previous/darker UI was way easier to see and digest.

I haven’t read one positive comment about this new sleep app.
Fitbit, please respond to us.
Thank you,

I strongly dislike the new sleep tracking format. Is there a way to revert to the old version? If not, I am definitely looking for a different product. Nothing about this new format is an improvement AND it inaccurately records my sleep hours. Why the change?!?

I HATE IT!!!  May not renew when time is up

The worst.   No longer times woken up and sleeping

Also, how do you prevent your tracker/watch from automatically updating and reverting back to the new f'uped version?

Like you I and many others. I have joined this forum in the hope UX team rethink their evolving plan to empower us. New sleep design is a mess. Go back to the drawing board. We love info-dense. We don't like simple and it's NOT easy to read.
