There was once a a statement that Google would be "supporting" the fitbit
app until "AT LEAST" 2025.
Folks, we are fast approaching 2025 and so are they, as they get ready to
roll out their Pixel version and say goodbye to Fitbit.
What they have done is what all mega, greedy, "in your business"
corporations do. Take over and increase their own brand, while gaining a
new set of customers.
Time to say "so long" and give another, yes, "corporation" your business.
Anyone smaller might suffice, but will likely be much easier to communicate
with. That's s huge plus!! They deserve our business!

So when will we see this????

As seems to be the consensus, I HATE the new look.  It’s less easy to read, less user friendly, and seems to be less accurate. Please return the old version.  I too will leave Fitbit over it. The new version is useless to me, and I’m obsessive about studying my sleep.

And Google take note:   When I ditch Fitbit I will NOT be replacing it with a Google product!

Looking through  the replies I only saw one out of over a thousand that liked the new sleep format.  PLEASE bring back the old sleep format!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience!  Sleepnscore mossing from several nights during past week, new graph is terrible, graphically, as well… may be time for a switch.

I hate the updated version, it's terrible, the old one was so much better.  Please at least give us the option of the previous version

It’s horrible. It has made me want to abandon Fitbit after using it happily for years. It is my birthday this week & my husband has bought me an Apple Watch,

My initial reaction to this software change was that it was a disaster. I have waited to see what my reaction would be after using the sleep app a bit longer and I’m sorry to say I still regard it as a disaster.

On my iPhone and my friend’s Samsung (we both have Fitbit Charge 6s) the screen is so packed with detail that the main features are not clear at a glance. The old visual presentation of sleep stages worked well: why on earth mess around with it?
The benchmark figures are now completely missing and are vital to put one’s own results into context. This is even more annoying.
It also seems to me to be slower at calculating the visual representations, but that may be subjective.
I have little hope that Google will reverse the changes. It’s annoying as I have only recently upgraded from a previous Charge watch to the Charge 6 and specifically wanted the sleep information.
I will be looking elsewhere than Fitbit/Google for the replacement of the Charge 6, which is sad as I have been a supporter of Fitbit and Google for many years.

Sorry Rebeca but it is a  👎 vote for me.  Miss daily rem and deep sleep stats plus heart rate. Lots of takeaways and no new helpful features.

I have been a fitbit premium subscriber for nearly 5 years, primarily for the solid sleep data. While my first reaction was eye strain when I saw the new sleep data, I figured I would give it a couple of weeks to see if I would get used to the change. After two weeks, my eyes still hurt when I look at the stupid hundreds of unnecessary dashes between each sleep phase and I can no longer get the data would glean in only a second on the previous version. As such, today I cancelled my fitbit membership, something I never thought I would do.

This unnecessary change is driving faithful subscribers away and has made the sleep data unusable for me. My guess is that they got a new graphics designer that wanted to make their mark and somehow convinced the change approving official that this would be a sleek modernization; the exact opposite is true and this person, along with whoever authorized this disaster of a change, should be fired. If they revert to the old version, I would likely resubscribe but, given other topics on this forum, it is highly unlikely that they care at all what we think unless they see their subscriber numbers dip significantly...hopefully other join me in this path to hit them in their pocket books after such an insulting change.

I don't even engage with it anymore. Please look to the prior version for inspiration.

I've become used to sleeping with the watch due to how useful I found the information, but now the information is unreadable.

I hate the new sleep look as well. Please bring back the old version!

Not a fan of the new sleep data format. It seems far less readable than the old version, and I hope they will go back. I have several friends and family members who use Fitbit too, and none are pleased with the new look. Might be the nudge we needed to upgrade to Apple Watch.
