Hi everyone! Starting today, you may notice a new sleep experience in your Fitbit app. If you don't have it right away, please be patient as it can take some time to reach all users.
Check out what’s new by going to the Fitbit Community blog.
What do you think? Let us know!

I agree with you, txmonkey. The ONLY reason I'm still using my FB is because a) it still works and b) fitbit has all of my data going back to Sept 2017
I suppose once my current fitbit stops working or I break my walking streak, I'll be joining you with a Garmin or an Apple Watch.

I posted on the new sleep display as I don't like it and would love the old features. I see that there are so many more people that share my viewpoint.
My question is. If we are making comments and getting votes on these comments, when will we see a change or will there ever be a change to these features?
I also have a lux and the battery is always needing to be charged sooner than I remember my old fit but being able to stay charged for days at a time. Is this a problem for others.

After reading more on this. There are so many people that hate the new features and sleep display. I like the old display and am curious now after all these comments and votes, what is Fitbit going to do about it.I
see lots of comments from other people which is wonderful that we share the same viewpoints but I do not see any reassurance or comments with Fitbit on the matter.

Before Google took over, getting votes on suggestions/feedback meant the Fitbit company would have here paying attention, and communicating with us. Under Google however, it really doesn't mean anything, even though the mods follow their copy/paste scripts yet. Google has never been known to take feedback.

To the people on here asking Fitbit/Google/the mods to bring the old sleep experience back or at least to acknowledge that the community is unhappy - you're wasting your time. All that's going to happen is the mods will delete your posts and ban your account. They have removed thousands of posts from this thread, including posts that were polite and on topic. As the result I will never touch a Fitbit/Google product with a ten foot pole and my suggestion to those who are not happy with what Google has done with Fitbit - don't ask them to fix things, just look into another product, Garmin, Apple Watch, Samsung, anything but Google.

The sleep graph on my phone app is so crowded I can't read it. I try to look at it on my computer where I can see it well but it looks like that's going away at the end of July? I really need this info to track my sleep as I see a sleep specialist.I need to know how long I stay awake each time I wake but it doesn't show the minutes like the app on my computer does. And I can't enlarge it. Why would they take readability and detailed info AWAY with an update?

Yes, my Lux doesn't hold a charge for very long anymore. My old Inspire HR still hums along for days. So I'm back to using the HR more now than the Lux.

The new format has less information and we've now lost the benchmark function/graph - this change is terrible.

They are exactly my issues DLThune but mine goes back to 2015. I'm definitely going to change once my versa4 gives up on me, just got to decide which one to buy.

I am one of those people that had a lot of posts removed, including responses to a man I expect is the person that actually made these changes. He kept giving excessive praise of the new format and GREAT extensive details on how it worked. He couldn't believe we aren't enamored with the changes. He admitted to being a programmer (I looked him up and he is). He wouldn't answer when I asked if he works for Google. They removed many of my responses to him. I got chastised for overresponding. I now cannot get into the Forum unless I sign in every time. I know this will be deleted too, but hope others will get to read it first.

Do not like the new sleep monitoring system. Makes it very difficult to see in a long form the ups and downs through throughout the night. Is there anyway to bring back the old one?

I still don't like the new graphs & format changes. Is there any consideration to change it back?

Its been asked for months now, to a bot that wants feedback - and with NOT one reply...
Best suggestion is go with another device with a way better app!

That is one I will have to look into is Galaxy. However I'm curious to know if anyone has ever reached out with customer service or gone beyond that point other than these comments?
I see that so many are unhappy with the new features and I see that there is no comments from Fitbit reassuring their customers so I was thinking to reach out beyond this point with the comments. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or if anyone has talked to customer service or higher-ups on the matter. Lol?? 🙂
