Sleep Score on device missing for months

For most of the year my sleep score on the device never appears. I can see it in the app/tile. I do understand it needs to sync to transfer & calculate data before I can see it on my wrist, but still? 

The readiness score update came in, so I have a whole new metric on the wrist display that shows, but the sleep never does!! Frustrating!!! My son's Fitbit Ace never

I know there was an issue where users reported that they don't see their sleep score on their Fitbit devices but they see their score in the Fitbit app. However, I thought the problem had been fixed in one of the recent app updates.

Which Fitbit device do you have? Are you an Android or iOS user?
