Sleep statistics

My Fitbit Charge 4 measures several things during sleep including heart rate, body temperature, breathing rate, so forth.

several times per month it reports my breaths per minute are about half my normal rate. Everything else remains in my normal range.

Does that more likely indicate something wrong with me, or something wrong with the Charge4?

Hello @endfeld

It's normal for our breathing rate to be slower when we sleep. See this page (<-- click link)

If your sleeping breath rate is lower than the normal range or you think it's a concern, it would be best to discuss this with your healthcare provider.

If everything remains in the normal range then there's nothing wrong with you
