Hi basically as the subject line.

I am in 2 workweek hustles. All participants are in the UK.

In one challenge I have 25k steps. In the other I have 20k steps.

How is this possible?

@Roundsquare Thanks for the screenshots! I noticed that one of the challenges says it will end in 2 days 7hr 49min, and the other one will end in 1 day 23hr 49min. I think that may be the reason you see the discrepancy. At the end you will have the same amount of steps as the challenge that ends in two days is the one that has the less steps displayed so you will have an extra day to get the same steps as the other challenges that ends first and you have the most steps on. Maybe the challenges were created on different days of the week. That's a possibility as that is what it is displaying. Have you talked to the creator of the challenge by any chance? Are you the creator of the challenge?

@Roundsquare Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Did the challenges started the same day? Have you manually logged an activity? Sometimes challenges take like 15 minutes to update, do you still see the discrepancy?

Both challenges started at midnight on the same day.

I haven't logged any activities.

Yes the discrepency is still there 3 days since it first appeared.

Right now I have 78,728 in one challenge and 83,781 in the other!!

I emailed Fitbit direct but so far no reply.

@Roundsquare Thanks for your reply! That is very strange taking in consideration both challenges started at the same time and the creator of the challenge is on the same timezone as you. Also, because you are not logging activities manually or tracking with mobiletrack (GPS). Since the steps you are logging are the ones that your tracker counts, it should be the same. Yes, the best thing to do here is to contact customer support, as you already did. You can also call them at 0208 865 3243 from 9:00am to 6:00pm (UK's number).

That is indeed it.

In the 6months Ive had the fitbit, every challenge has started at midnight. I was unaware the time could be altered.

Thanks for that. I thought I was going crazy
