2nd replacement!!

I have just bought the Fitbit surge got a brand new one...didn't charge after all my attempts phone support line got a second replacement for now this one not to work I have been trying to get a surge since the 28th of June and not one has worked!!! Very angry and upset!

Hi @KerrL, it is nice to see you around the Community! Smiley Very Happy So you have received a new Fitbit Surge but you are having inconveniences at the moment to set it up, right? If that is the case, I suggest you to attempt a restart and then, make sure to complete the steps that my friend @WendyB posted above to pair your tracker. There you can find the instructions to do it over a computer or an iPhone. 

 

Let me know if you are able to complete the set up process.
