I have had my fitbit surge HR for almost 3 months now. The last few weeks, I've noticed a air bubble from the bottom of the screen. As the weeks have gone by another buuble appeared on the top. It has gotten to point where it looks like I can put my finger in it. I have never dropped it, showered with it, etc. I would like to know if anyone can help me with this situation

Yes have bubble started in band below watch face.  The bubble grew horizontally across band and finally opened band at base of the watch.  I was afraid that sweat would leak in and destroy functionality of Surge.     I have contacted customer support and they are sendind me a new Surge.   Until it's arrival, I used a hypo needle and inserted a little SuperGlu to fill bubble, and to keep moisture out.   New Surge should be in my post box today or tomorrow

So all I have to do is call customer support, and tell them what has happened to my fitbit?

Hi @Hiram_19, welcome to the Forums! And yes my friend, the only thing you have to do is contact Fitbit Support, as @art435 mentioned, so they can take a look into your account, your warranty options and choose the best one to get you back on track, 'cause I'm afraid that there is no way to fix this issue with the wristband of your Surge.

Let me know the outcome!
