You can add a Silent Alarm by going to your Fitbit App > Account > Surge > Silent Alarm > Save. Then you will see the information that says "Sync tracker to save Alarms" you can tap on it to sync. Or you can also sync your tracker, by tapping on "Account" in the Fitbit App, then tap on your "Surge" picture and find the option "Sync now" to force sync. ![]()
If your tracker is not vibrating after this, please restart your Surge and try it again!
