Alarms not working

Hi 

Ive had my fitbit for 9 months and used the silent alarms no problems. 

For the past couple of days however, whenever i have set an alarm, rithdr turned exisitng one on or a new one it syncs and says the alarm is set and on but doesnt go off (i did a tester too!) 

When i check the watch it says the alarm is back set to "off"

 

Help?

Do you try a restart after setting the alarm?

o it at least 3 times.

Thank you for this information ... my Alarm was not working (I wondered for a few days why I kept sleeping through it). After the Restart, all is well!
