while rest of Surge is still registering steps and miles. Cure? Is there a way to reset it? Useless tool for my cardiac if I can't check BP

Hi, @FBrookie, are the LEDs in the back of the Surge flashing?  Have you checked whether heartrate is still set to "on" or "auto" in your app?

 

If the lights are not flashing, and HR is turned to "on" or "auto", try turning HR off, syncing, then turn back on and sync again.
