Okay so I have had 2 issues with my Fitbit so far
1) I can see the reflection of the led backlight in one corner which is very distracting. Is this normal ?
2) What does the LED light button on the right (between the 2 physical buttons) do ? It definetly doesn't turn on the backlight.....

Hello, @jysoman! Welcome to the family! 🙂
Could you please send me a screenshot of the backlight you are seeing that distracts you?
And regarding the second question if the red light is on between the 2 buttons then that could be because your tracker needs an update. Please follow the instructions here to update your tracker.
I'll be waiting for your updates!

I've attached 2 images and in the bottom left of the screen is the light
that is being reflected when the backlight is turned on. Had to take the
photo in the dark for the problem to be visible (bad phone camera ).
And about the "led light" as indicated in the Manuel (between the two
buttons ). It is not glowing or anything. I assumed it to be a Manuel
capacitive button for the backlight. Am I wrong ?
Thanks

Hello, @jysoman! Thank you for the pictures. In this case I would suggest you to contact our Customer Support team for this situation. And regarding the second question, @MikeF is right this has no function it just turns on whenever your tracker needs an update or is having abnormal behavior.
I hope this helps, let me know!
