I had a fitbit and the band is broken after 6 months. They sent me a replacement in November and it was defective. The battery never worked right, lasts maybe 36 hours. They said they would replace that one but then cancelled the order without explanation. Now customer service wont answer me at all and im quite angry because even if i have to pay to have the broken one they shipped me fixed i want to. Has anyone else had this issue?

First somehow My account gets hacked, they said it was third party but why would my fitbit info be on a third party site? Certainly wasn't gmail. Now this. They said we will send you a new one, then cancelled it, since then nothing, have sent 10 emails and am being ignored. Livid. I live by my fitbit and now I am carrying a broken one in my pocket because they wont replace it in a timely matter.
