Watch not syncing

Hi, I am off late having issues with syncing of the watch with the app. Though I have the latest version of the android app 2.29 (hope it's the latest), there are times when there's a temporary sync and subsequently the data is lost. Even a watch restart doesn't help at times.

Welcome to the Community @Jeeds. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your Surge should work without an inconvenience.
