Battery and synching

Charged battery for four hours and only lasts a day and this started last couple of days and no synching of runs since last week

i also tried to contact support but number they gave me for twitter does not fit in my phone and I'm in New Zealand. I need surge to work as I'm training for a 50km off road run

I would try facebook or email them

But try these steps before you do as they will ask you too

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Morning. Not sure what has happened but the battery issue and sync seems to be sorted as battery now shows full and all the runs are now in. I will keep an eye on this and see what happens so thank you for your replies
