I charged my fitbit Surge overnight and since I have unplugged it this morning the battery is reading empty on both the device and the app.  I have restarted my fitbit and it is still showing empty.  It is syncing correctly and working correctly, besides the battery symbol showing empty.  How can I make it show a full battery?
