Best AnswerWhen you say "no fix for this", what problem is "this" refferring to?
Postings to the google beta group must be done over in the google group, not on fitbit.
If the beta group is currently addressing the problem you are encountering than it could help to join, otherwise it probably wont be of much use.

Best AnswerYes the term they says a lot in thst most likely they do not spend much of any time on these forums. Outside of the google beta i have no idea on how to contact them.
