On the app go to your Surge and find where it says 'Exercise Shortcuts'. Click there, scroll to the bottom and click the 'More Exercises' option. You should be able to add 'Bike' as a new exercise shortcut. I put mine at the top so it's my first option since it also the reason I bought a Surge. You can edit your other options here also, removing the ones you won't use, adding the ones you will, and ordering them however you desire. You have a limit of seven active options. Once you're finished editing your Surge should sync your options pretty quickly and you'll be able to be off on your ride. I like the information it logs and makes available to me.
