Windows 10, Surge Fitbit, downloaded app no problems, now the Fitbit belongs to my granddaughter so I put her birth date in (she is 11) and it then comes up as being "ineligible for an account" tried changing date and same thing. Any ideas gratefully accepted

Fitbit's policy is that you have to be at least 13 to have a fitbit account.
