Hi,
I have an Nokia Lumia 1020 but it seems that I have issues with the FitBit Surge. I don't receive notifications etc. I see that the surge is paired with my phone once I start the app and I also tried to pair it with the bluetooth classic.
I checked the PIN on the phone and the surge and hit the check mark. It seems that the surge and my phone are paired for a split second and then it's gone again. I can't recieve any notifications or control music etc.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi there @DirtyPrez. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
When it comes to Notifications and music control, at the moment, the Nokia Lumia 1020 (or any windows phone in general) is not supported. I'm sorry about this inconvenient. While it supports syncing and MobileRun, it will not work for these two fearues. For the list of compatible devices and the supported features for iOS, Android and Windows Phone platforms, you can take a look at this link.
