Please please please allow the heart rate data to sync real time with Strava. I'm about to sell my Surge and buy a Mio unless you can update the Surge to allow its hrm to transmit to Strava.

I'm confused.  I thought it did.  At least it did for my hike...I see the HR info on Strava...

You can't pair the hrm directly and get Strava to recognize it a an hrm.
If you sync Fitbit to Strava then it works. Is cyclists don't have an option there.

could you use the bike function on fitbit?  then have it sync to strava?  Or does it not give as good of graphs?  I understand what you mean about how it doesntly directly link..as I use a Mio Fuse for real time linking to my spin bike...

I haven't done an outdoor ride on Strava using the Surge yet, so not sure...curious.

There's not enough data points on Fitbit. You can't link a powermeter or speed/ cadence sensor as yet.
