Bluetooth automatically switching off

When I turn ON Bluetooth on my Surge after 10 seconds it automatically switches off so I can't sync to the app. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.

Bluetooth is never OFF

 

3 positions 

- OFF (classic, sync available, notifications not available)

- ON (sync available, notifications available)

- PAIRING

Hello @BDMac welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂  Have you tried to restart the phone and then restart the tracker?  Also is your app up to date?  @SunsetRunner Thanks for your amazing cooperation hope to see you around more often 😉
