Broken Surge strap

Hi
My surge strap completely snapped today out the blue and now it's unwearable. I was not even exercising at the time and I only have small wrists and my Fitbit wasn't tight.
Does anybody know if replacement straps can be bought? Or any tricks to attempt fixing the strap?

Hi @KateHod - Sorry to hear about that. The straps can't be separated from the unit, it is one piece. Please reach out to customer support for assistance.
