Hi,
I have been using MyFitness pal and Strava to track my activity/calories and am new to the Fitbit. I am a little confused about the over/under for calories. It tells me (f.ex.) I have 601 calories out and 557 in and that I am over budget late morning. What percentage under the calories burned is "on target" for eating? Some evenings I go to bed with it telling me I am over budget, but I have claories left. How does that work?
Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Community @eebush. If you want a better explanation about this feature, I recommend checking this post where @SilviaFitbit is explaining this topic. Also, you can this other post where @Mcore is providing information about MFP and Strava.
