My calorie burned during workout seems way off. Kickboxing should burn anywhere from 400 to 800 Calories most I've ever gotten was 300. Am I entering something incorrectly when setting up?

Hi, @TCS1! Thanks for getting back to me. Oh Ok, so you are recording this directly with your tracker, using the exercises that your tracker displays? And are you doing the kickboxing session on an intense level?
Keep in mind that the calories that you burn are also obtained using your personal information like height, weight and gender. Let's try a restart and then give it a try.
