Can i register the same fitbit under multiple email accounts?

I have my Fitbit already setup with my personal email account but my work is doing a fitness Fitbit challenge and they require users join through their work emails. Is it possible to associate my Fitbit with both my personal email and work email? I'd prefer to not have to de-link my personal email.

No, I'm afraid that won't work. A fitbit can only be linked to one account at a time. If you create an account with your work email and add the fitbit then it will be removed from your current account.
