Can’t Swipe While in “Run”.

I can’t swipe once I reach “Run”. It

stays on “Free Run” and won’t swipe

to reach “Treadmill Run” or “Lap Run”.

      Also, if this can’t be fixed, are there

local repair facilities or would I need to

mail it back to you?

Hi, @senior_runner, once you are on the Run screen you need to tap first and then should be able to swipe between free run, treadmill run, and lap run.

 

I would first try a restart.  Also, if it still doesn't seem to be swiping, I would ask a friend to try swiping and see if the swipe gesture works for someone else.  I think sometimes when my skin feels very dry the swipe gesture seems less responsive, so that would be worht a try.

 

If nothing works you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com, as there are no repair centres in the US or elsewhere.
