Here we go again!!!! My surge will not sync. Tried all except removing the Surge and re-entering it as I cannot find how to. It says that I need to update the firmware but cannot because the bluetooth will not connect. The bluetooth cannot connect as I am sure the firemware needs to be updated.
Please help before I trash this watch>

Hi @BarryShackleton! I've noticed you are new around, so let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
When you're getting that error sometimes is because your Surge got stuck or having a hard time connecting although it's being recognized. Have you tried these steps? It should be able to request the update while doing so.
Which model of phone are you using? Is it possible to use a computer?
