Hello, I recently was forced to get a new phone. I have always been on Android. I went from a Samsung Galaxy s5 to a new Droid Moto Z. My problem is that when I try to sync the new phone to my surge. I keep getting a banner saying " The surge has rejected this phone." How do I solve this, and what can I do to make sure it stays synced? Thank you!

It might not be possible to fix this - the Moto Z isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Thanks for joining us @Zach_K! Thanks for jumping in @SteveH! As mentioned before the Droid Moto Z is not on the List of Compatible Devices, so it would be best try to use a different device or a computer; you can find instructions to use a computer in this post.
In case that you want to give a try again with your Droid Moto Z, verify if your phone and Fitbit App are up to date and then try these steps.
I'll be happy to keep helping!
