Can't sync

Surge has stopped syncing with via my phone.

(It has done this once before but suddenly started syncing again)

Why does it do this?

How can I get my Surge to sync again?

Can anyone help?

Syncing problems can happen from time to time, often with no apparent reason.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Thanks SteveH.  It was kind of you to respond and after several restarts the Fitbit Surge suddenly started syncing!Thanks again.
