Hello,,,,
Is there someone that has got this: Could Not Complete Your Fitbit Update?
I have now tried everything, looked for answers at this site, read on fitbit site, but still I can't update my Surge.
I have restarted the Surge, tryed to set it up more than once, but nothing works.
I use Windows 10, is there anyone that can help me, been trying for 7 hours now 😞

I'm not sure what error or where it fails @Voitto, does it even start the update process them stop with an incomplete progress bar?
You say it's a win10 computer, try connecting the Surge to its charger, connect the charger to the pc. It should update through this connection bypassing the BT.
Snitching thing would be to try a phone.
