My surge have problem sync with my Note 5.
It recently had this sync problem facing up.
It think the surge is going haywire, Bluetooth cannot be connected , surge cannot be turned off...
Any great advice FITBIT.

@BloodOnWall Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was checking the list of supported devices and I wasn't able to find the Galaxy Note 5. Is that the device you are referring to? If that's the case; that will be the reason why is not connecting. Try to use a computer to sync it. Also, restart your Surge. You should be able to turn it off afterwards.

Good morning. I have a Surge Classic which starts to sync, then stops. I am getting the message that the tracker cannot be found. I have tried restating my Surge, moving the dongle to other USB ports. Nothing seems to work. Help!

Managed to get my surge linked to my phone but even with the dongle I am unable to sync with my ASUS. I've swiched ports with the dongle but if im not hard wired I have nothing.
