Hey,
FitBit sent me a replacment Surge as my other one was playing up and they told me they was noticing strange things that shouldnt be happening. I've got the replacment today in the post and im trying to set it up on my account. I'm on the bit where it says "Setting up your FitBit Surge, this can take upto 10mins" but then like 1min after it i get a message saying i need to connect the Surge and put it on charge as its low on battery. But the surge has been on charge for 5hrs now and its still saying it!
Is my replacment Surge falty as i cant do anything with it as it says i need to go to Fitbit.com/setup to get it working and thats what im doing, im using the Windows App on my laptop to set it up but it wont let me because it keeps saying its low battery even though its been on charge for 5hrs!
Please help!

If you already have connect on your computer which you should you just need to open it up and use this article to set it up. Make sure to use same email so you retain your records

Hi,
I'm doing everything thats on that document but everytime it says the battery is too low. Its now been plugged in for 24hrs and its still saying the battery needs to be charged 😞
