While I have loved the Fitbit watch, I am very disappointed. I bought our first Surge for my husband. Just beyond a year, his band completely broke. Not under warranty, he bought another Fitbit but not a Surge. I bought a Fitbit for myself in the intervening time. I am on my second replacement that I have had since April and once again, the band is separating from the watch. Obviously the band on the most expensive Fitbit is defective. I know my warranty is over, but I seriously doubt that I would replace my Fitbit with another Fitbit. Why does Fitbit continue to offer such an inferior product

@Gmz Hi Gmz. If the band is the only problem Amazon has aftermarket replacements and YouTube has "how to" videos. I would watch the video first to see if it's something you or a friend are willing to undertake (if you are so inclined). Just a thought to keep an otherwise fully functioning watch useful.
