Charge notification inconsistent

I have a Surge for about  2 years now. Love it. ! When battery is low I do get emails consistently as a reminder to charge. However when the charge is complete I don't get notified. Once in a while I do get an email indicating charging is complete. Is there a fix for this? Not a big deal  - but its good to have a confirmation!

Thanks

Hey my friend @ursman, I'm glad to see you around! Smiley Very Happy As far as I know, any Fitbit tracker gets notifications when the battery is full. The only way to check the progress of it is by checking your tracker when it's still plugged into the charging cable since it will display the bar with the progress.

But definitely this is such a great idea! We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. The best place to make your voice heard is the Feature Suggestion board on our community, which our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want.

I've found this idea "Battery full notification"  that another member has created already. If you find that one similar of what you'd like to implement, you can vote for their idea and add your comments. Our product team looks forward to reading and incorporating your suggestions into future versions of Fitbit trackers and apps.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for participating in our community! Woman Very Happy
