So I've noticed that over the last couple of days my battery hasn't been lasting! Gave my surge a full charge last night before bed! I received the notification on my phone that the battery was full. Put the watch on before bed 11pm and woke up this morning 6.30am and only have half a charge! Can anyone help please? Thanks
ps. I've had my surge since January, and i'm lost without it so i'm a panic 😂

call fitbit you should have warranty on it, I had mine replaced after a few months. It was not the battery but the band was tearing. They sent a new one to me within days, so for the price you paid for it you should last more than a couple of hours on a charge. Mine lasts for a couple of days but hell its 2 years old.

My Surge is under 2 years old and they offered me a 25% off coupon to purchase another fitbit.They dont back their product. Band is falling apart and i cant use the surge for more than 4 hours a day. All notifications are off and syncing manually. Usually have to reset watch for the sync to go through.
