When you plug in your Surge, it should vibrate once, even if it is fully charged or not. But it shouldn't keep vibrating. So if that is the case, please try to restart your Surge by following the instructions I previously posted @LindsayJ.
Let me know the outcome!

Lets face it, the connection between the charging cable and the Surge leaves alot to be desired. It is just not that secure of a connection. I feel like your vibrating problem is caused by the connection being loose enough to be lost and then re-established, hence the occassional re-vibration. Mine does this periodically also unless I turn the Surge at just the right angle or prop it up just right, etc.... It's a pain, they need to re-engineer the charging port connection.
Of course I could be completely wrong and it could be something else - just my best guess.

Hey hey hey @etc22, it's nice to see you around the Community! Oh! this sounds pretty bad. There is definitely a loose with the connection between your Surge and the charging cable and there is nothing that I can suggest you to fix it. So, in this case is better if you get in touch with Fitbit Support directly so they can take a look into your account and choose the best option to get you back on track. ![]()
Let me know how it goes and have a nice weekend!
