Heart Rate Zones for Surge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have routinely exercised for over ten years and have kept daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stats for my own personal benefit and that of my cardiologist and other doctors.  I will be turning 70 shortly, and heart rate zones are important to me for various reasons.

I recentently switched to Fitbit from another provider and I noticed that the Activities stats only show daily, weekly, monthly and yearly statistics for Steps, Floors, Miles and Calories.  Since individual exercises contain the statistics for the time in each zone, is there any way to roll-up the various zone minutes and display them also in a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis?

Thanks

Marre, thank you very much for taking the time to review and respond to my concern.  However, the response does not address the roll-up issue that I am having!  In the Heart Rate chart, the Daily is exactly what I want; it breaks down the Peak, Cardio, and Fat Burn minutes for the Day.  However, if you do the 7-days, or 28-days, it only gives you the average and total time in "Zones", not the breakdown for how much time in each zone like the Daily.  What I would like to see is the Daily type breakdown of the three categories in the 7-Day and 28-Day display.  That would have some real value to me, and hopefully the Community, in general.  To get the breakdown that I want, I need to record the numbers each day and then add them up myself, while FitBit has all the data, but does not display it in the Daily format.

Thanks

Charlie
