Cloud in screen

I started to notice a cloud inside of my Surge screen. I got it for Christmas last year and has been working perfectly. But recently along with the cloud, my heart monitor is not picking up my pulse. Also, only one of the two lights on the wrist sensor is blinking. Is there anything I can do?

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.

If that doesn't help

Read the warranty first

Hey there, @RomuloSurge! Welcome to the Forums! If you could attach a picture of the cloud, it would be great! Did you contacted our Support team to check your warranty options?

It's clear that it's defective
Contact support via email. It's less frustrating than phoning
They don't mess about and generally send out new devices if there's a indication of faulty unit.

Adding to what @SunsetRunner said you can also chose the chat option, this way you can do other activities while awaiting a response from the team if you don't want to call the support team.

Let me know how it goes!
