This is a fairly new phone, meaning Fitbit needs to test it with every function and every tracker, it will take some time. Maybe even some software will need troubleshooting.

But that doesn't mean it won't work now, what has your experience been when you tried?

Have you tried a restart of the Surge, and shut the phone down, and back on?

Is this a brand new Surge that is being setup for the first time?

Welcome to our new friend @Sourav0014! Have you restarted your Alta and mobile device? Please attempt a restart by doing the following:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clasp the other end of the cable to the port on the back of your Alta. Alta will begin charging.
Press the button on your charging cable three times within eight seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer.
  3. Eight seconds after the first button press, you'll see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This means Alta is restarting.
  4. After you see the logo you can unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Restart your mobile device as well and let me know how it goes!

Hey just as a friendly reminder, please make sure you are posting your Alta inquiries in the Alta board. Cat Happy This is definitely going to help you get more relevant info and it also help us to keep the community organized for everyone. Thanks for your help on this!
