I bought my husband a Surge for his birthday about a year and a half ago. He is active military and he is able to wear it with his uniform. He loves it and only takes it off to shower or swim. Since then we have bought a fit bit for myself, our daughter and for my sister. We love fitbit! Well last night my husband looks down at his watch and it is cracked. No idea how, he sits at a desk most of the day, but it is cracked. I read all these wonderful reviews that the fitbit customer service is awesome and extremely helpful, well not in this case. Not only was the rep rude he couldnt help me at all. Told me there is no way to get the screen fixed and the only thing he can do for me was to give me 25% off another watch. Im sorry, but I spent $300 on this watch that broke in a year and a half and you cant help me at all. The last thing I am going to do is drop another couple hundred on a watch that may brake in another year. No thank you! Way to support you customers and military fitbit!!

All things have a warranty period. Yours was outside that warranty

Shouldnt have broken so easily!! It is a obviously a cheap product and is in no way worth the money!! And they need a system for the screens breaking!! A way to get them repaired or something!!!
