Доброго времени суток) пожалуйста объясните мне что означает custom zone ( upper limit, lower limit, custom max heart rate ) 

Как происходит расчёт и что эти цифры означают ,спасибо за поддержку! 

Кстати когда уже приложение начнёт работать на русском языке?

I wanted to let you know that we currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English and hope to support more locales in the future!
