Fitbit sent me a replacement roughly 2 months back, if that. But already the strap is badly damaged at the back. It's beginning to tear off and I don't want it to. Can I replace it or repair it? I'm devastated. Been buying Fitbit the last 4 years. Have/ had almost every model but been disappointed by the surge. Although it won't put me off still wanting a blaze
Only maybe 2 months old and badly torn

It depends on when you got your first Surge. The replacement will be covered by warranty for the remainder of the original term (2 years in the EU, 1 year elsewhere). So, if you are still covered then you can get back to customer support and discuss a second replacement.

Hey, @Kurt1989!
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. In this case as our friend, @SteveH suggested the best way to check your available options would be to contact our Support team.
There are many creative ways to repair it too, as @Rich_Laue said.
