Hi there @Adlynmeg, welcome aboard to our Community. If you are referring to your Calories In vs Calories Out is pretty simple. When the meter is pointing the yellow bar it means you are under your calories goal and you can consume more calories. While the green bar will indicate you are in the zone. This mean you have reach your calories intake goal as you have burned the necessary calories for the day while maintain your calories deficit. With the red bar, the meaning is the opposite, as it will tell you your calorie consumption have passed the calorie allowance of your food plan.
