my data has not reset what are my options?

Hi beautiful, @me00170! Welcome to the Community! Heart Oh no! This should not be happening. Hmmm... you can try to restart your tracker and log out and back in from your Fitbit account and this should get you back on track. 

 

Please let me know if this just happened once or if it continued happening. Robot wink
