I have just bought my Fitbit surge, I got it up and running yesterday 15th Jan. It is saying I've got activity so before that can anyone tell me how this is happening and how I can rectify. We have tries deleting everything and starting again but this has not worked . Thankyou in advance

No matter how far back you go, you'll see that Fitbit has calculated what your base level of activity would have been based on the data you provided during set up.

 

So, you can't really delete it. That being said, that data is just sitting there, not really affecting anything. 

 

Question: Why are you wanting to delete it?
